This initiative emerged specifically in response to the case of Dr. Malachi Z. York, whose decades-long incarceration raised serious concerns among supporters regarding fairness, due process, and the preservation of his legacy. The Project was created to protect the narrative of his innocence, to safeguard the integrity of his works, and to provide ongoing, responsible support centered on education, memory, and lawful advocacy for his freedom and liberation.

Our Mission

Our Vision
To bring attention to what we see as a miscarriage of justice and to secure clemency for Dr. York. We believe that Dr. York was the victim of a conspiracy by the government and that he was targeted because of his race and his religious beliefs.
